Beaches Real Estate started in 2008 with Gregg and Jayne Bayer.  We first opened our doors selling real estate in a small, cozy office in Bradenton Beach.  After the first few years we transferred to our present location at 5702 Marina Drive in Holmes Beach.  Gregg and Jayne moved from Pennsylvania in 2008 and both became licensed Florida realtors. Back in Pennsylvania, Gregg had his real estate license for 20 years.   In 2009, their son Trevor moved to Florida and followed in their footsteps to get his Florida Real Estate License in 2010.  Gregg Bayer proceeded to gain his Real Estate Broker License in 2012.  Any given day, you can find at least one of them in the office along with the other full time real estate agent Don Purvis, and Broker Associate Michael Northfield.  Barry Fenstermacher and Markus Siegler are also licensed realtors in our office.   Although it began as a family operated business, they were always able to find like-minded individuals to work with and share their spirit of the island.
