Besides our steady and loyal buyers from the U.S., we have a lot of international buyers that purchase homes on Anna Maria Island.  The largest of this group is our neighbors to the north, the Canadian’s.  They represent 45% of the buyers in the U.S.  The second highest is the U.K. at about 12% of the market share.  Others behind them include France, Germany, Australia, Switzerland, and Sweden.  One of the largest up and coming countries buying in the U.S.

This weekend on Anna Maria Island we have many events to keep us busy.  Tonight our rental partners Anna Maria Vacations is hosting an open house open to the public from 5-7pm.  Friday from 5-10 is the first day for the Island CityFest in Holmes Beach.  Also Tonight is the last artwalk of the season which takes place in Downtown Holmes Beach in the shops where Gulf and Holmes Blvd.

Interest Rates Remain Historically Low
